What are Capping Heads?

AMCO offers a variety of OEM and custom capping heads, including our own Magnetic Capping Head — a patented design well regarded in the industry for its durability and consistent torque performance. The head features a thrust bearing that absorbs the vertical load from occasional misaligned bottles, which significantly reduces wear on the radial bearing. The magnetic clutch mechanism is sealed from product contact while still allowing simple external torque adjustment. Its compact design allows removal from the capper without raising the turret, making routine maintenance straightforward. We also service existing heads and carry replacement parts for most common platforms.
